  Fox called and left message about repairing a new LG fridge door. I called back. They needed some information and said they would call back soon. They called back within 10 minutes and set a repair schedule later that day. They said a repairman would be out within a 4 hour window to repair the fridge.The repairman came during the time frame given. Fox office said repairman would call when heading over. Repairman called when he was heading over came within 10 minutes (as said). Repairman, Ryan, fixed the hinge that MENARD”S INSTALL PEOPLE put on UPSIDE DOWN. This was fixed expediently and properly. No issue at all working with this company. Communication was all in order. All three people I talked too were courteous and got the job done quickly.

  I am very disappointed in Fox Appliance repair. I have an LG dryer that won't heat and could not find anyone in the area who is LG certified. I actually called LG and was given their name as Certified LG repair, along with a company out of Fort Wayne. I called to set an appointment, only to be told that they do not service our area because they are a very small company. Daleville Indiana is only 28 miles from Fairmount Indiana and they don't come this far for service? What a joke!
